Isabel Kimbrough is a sweet and serious 5-year-old girl. What she likes best about living in Zambia is homeschool and playing outside. She loves to play princess dress-up.
Abigail Kimbrough is a fun and spunky 3-year-old girl. She enjoys playing with her brother and sister, eating chocolate, and wearing her hair in pigtails.
Isaac Kimbrough is an energetic little 1½ year old boy with a huge smile. He is happiest playing in his “dirt box” outside or wrestling with his daddy. The only thing he doesn’t like about living in Zambia is the 10-hour (stuck-in-his-carseat) drive to the grocery store!
My name is Lily Helgren. I moved to Zambia when I was 2 years old. My birthday is December 2, 2004. I love Zambia and am learning to greet the nationals with a handshake and "Muli Bwanji" (how are you?). I love to play with my dogs, Shadow and Higgins, and my baby brother, Easton. My favorite food is nshima and chicken! (Nshima is cornmeal that is cooked with water and is the staple of Zambia.) I love going to the market and traveling with my family.
My name is Easton Helgren. I moved to Zambia when I was 9 months old and I celebrated my first birthday here in Zambia on August 18! I love Zambians and enjoy playing outside everyday! My big sister is so sweet to me because she plays with me and takes good care of me when we are together. My favorite toys are found in the kitchen and I love to eat nshima! I am going to be a big brother soon and am excited about having a big and little sister!
I live in Chongwe which is in Zambia which is in Africa. I have lived here since I was 3 months old. I am 6 years old now. My birthday is December 8th. I am doing first grade. It is fun. My mom is my teacher. I have two brothers, Zach is 15 and Justin is 12. Zach is going to a boarding school in Kenya. I miss him very much. We have 3 dogs, 2 hamsters, 2 turtles,and about 6 rabbits. We did have about 21 rabbits but our dogs have been sneaking in and killing them at night. My dad made a new fence so I hope they can not get in again. I like to play with baby dolls and barbies, play dress up, watch movies, jump on the trampoline, and play with my friends.

I have lived in Zambia since I was 2 years old so this is home to me. My parents are Kevin and Suzie Rodgers and they are church planters here. I have one older brother, Zach, and he is at boarding school in Kenya. I have one younger sister, Hannah, and she is 6 years old. I love animals! We have a lot of rabbits, 3 dogs, 2 turtles, and I have 2 hampsters.
